ING selects bolttech as strategic partner for insurance and protection solutions

Amsterdam, 11 June 2026 – Leading European bank ING and global insurtech bolttech have announced a strategic partnership focused on expanding access to embedded insurance and protection solutions for customers across multiple markets in Europe. The collaboration reflects ING’s strategic approach to scaling embedded insurance across Europe following the launch of their new global subscriptions model. The partnership is already live in the Netherlands, Italy, Poland and Belgium with additional markets in the pipeline.

Together, ING and bolttech will provide insurance and protection experiences for customers, combining ING’s international reach and customer network with bolttech’s technology-enabled insurance platform, and servicing expertise. The partnership aims to help simplify customer access to protection at scale while reducing multi-market operational complexity.
