Digital Care rebrands to bolttech
Warsaw, Poland, 18 June 2024 – Digital Care sp. z o.o (“Digital Care”), a Poland-based device protection and services company, has been renamed to bolttech Poland sp. z o.o, and rebranded to bolttech.
This follows the completion of bolttech’s acquisition of Digital Care in October 2023, when Digital Care became a part of the growing international insurtech group.
Founded in 2012, Digital Care is an established provider of innovative and customer-centric solutions for all aspects of device lifecycles to the Poland market, as well as a number of other markets across Asia, Europe and Africa. With the rebrand, bolttech enhances its footprint in Europe and beyond with a full suite of embedded device solutions.

The rename and rebrand have no impact on Digital Care’s service or offerings to its partners and customers. All existing services and agreements will remain in place.
