bolttech appoints Rohith Murthy as General Manager, Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR – 14 August 2026 – bolttech, the global insurtech, today announced the appointment of Rohith Murthy as General Manager, Malaysia, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to grow its business and partnerships across the region.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Murthy will oversee bolttech’s operations and growth strategy in Malaysia, with responsibility for deepening existing partner relationships, developing new distribution opportunities and expanding the reach of bolttech’s insurance and protection solutions in the market.

Murthy brings more than 20 years of experience in digital financial services, banking and product innovation across Asia and Europe. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of MoneyHero Group, following senior roles at Citibank, Siam Commercial Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
