ADVAN and bolttech partner to launch ADP Protection for AIR NEO customers

JAKARTA, Indonesia – 9 September 2026 – ADVAN, one of Indonesia’s leading technology brands, has partnered with bolttech Indonesia (PT Bolttech Insurance Broker), part of global insurtech bolttech, to launch ADP Protection, embedded with eligible purchases of the newly launched ADVAN AIR NEO, ADVAN’s latest AI-ready laptop. The programme marks the first time ADVAN has offered advanced device protection to its customers and forms part of a broader plan to expand the protection offering across additional laptop models in the future.

Powered by bolttech, the embedded device protection programme is designed to give customers added confidence during the warranty period, reflecting a shared commitment by ADVAN and bolttech to create a more complete ownership experience by combining innovative technology with customer-focused protection solutions.

ADP Protection includes 12 months of coverage against accidental and liquid damage with eligible ADVAN AIR NEO purchases and will initially be available through selected online marketplace channels before expanding to eligible ADVAN sales channels and participating retail partners. The programme is supported by PT Bolttech Insurance Broker as the insurance broker and PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia as the insurance provider.
