Easy Switch for Mobiles empowers customers to switch their mobile handsets for whatever reasons with no exclusions – be it screen cracks and dents, water damage, out-of-warranty repairs – once in 12 months, from as low as HK$1.1 per day. Customers can switch for the same device or opt for another brand or style within the same generation and/or price range. Deliveries can be made to any chosen residential or office address in Hong Kong in as fast as six hours, subject to certain exceptions.
