Taipei, 6 October 2021 – International insurtech bolttech today announced a partnership with JKOPAY, one of Taiwan’s leading e-wallets, to launch online insurance services within its app. As JKOPAY’s exclusive insurance provider, bolttech’s insurance exchange will be fully integrated into JKOPAY’s app to deliver easy and convenient insurance options for users. With just one click into the app’s new insurance section, JKOPAY’s 5 million users can now access vaccine cover and a series of insurance products to be launched soon.
JKOPAY app users can complete their purchase in one seamless customer journey – from searching and comparing quotes, to choosing the right insurance coverage, and making payment – all within minutes.
Responding to the increasing demand for vaccination and related cover, a Vaccine Insurance plan will be the first product launched on the app. The vaccination plan offers JKOPAY users three different coverage options, with premiums starting from only NTD98. From 29 September to 31 October, JKOPAY users who purchase a vaccine insurance plan via the app are entitled to an 8% cash rebate on the purchase provided by JKO, capped at NTD50 and limited to only one transaction per user.
