Hong Kong, 30 March 2021 – International insurtech, bolttech, today announced its latest partnership with Samsung in Hong Kong. The partnership delivers mobile device repair services to owners of new Samsung Galaxy devices through the Samsung Care+ programme.
The launch in Hong Kong marks a total of six markets in Asia for the bolttech and Samsung partnership, following recent tie-ups in Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
The Samsung Care+ programme in Hong Kong is a worry-free total care service to customers which includes an extended warranty and battery replacement service for a year upon the expiry of the original manufacturer’s warranty. The Samsung Care+ plan also provides a complimentary accidental damage and liquid damage device insurance underwritten by FWD General Insurance Company Limited.
