For the first time, customers can now enjoy up to three years of extended warranty after the manufacturer’s warranty ends on their lifestyle gadgets purchased at Singtel starting from just SGD46 for a year’s protection.
The warranty covers a broad range of lifestyle gadgets from well-known, household brands, such as TVs, laptops and gaming consoles like the Sony Playstation 5, and even massage chairs purchased at any of Singtel’s offline stores or online.
Singtel Extended Warranty offers customers unlimited repair requests capped at the original product purchase price. Requesting repair or replacement services is a hassle-free experience – customers simply submit a service request online to enjoy like-for-like replacements with complimentary labour and genuine replacement parts.
Customers also get complimentary pickup and delivery services for smaller items and onsite repairs for larger appliances. All repair services are provided by authorised partners, and after repairs, customers will get three months of warranty on the repaired product.
