Singapore, 7 October 2022 – AVA Insurance Brokers and AVA Insurance Agency (“AVA”), a Singapore-based insurance intermediary and specialist broker, have been renamed to bolttech Insurance Brokers Pte. Ltd. and bolttech Insurance Agency Pte. Ltd. respectively, and rebranded to bolttech.
This follows the completion of bolttech’s acquisition of AVA in February 2022, when AVA became a part of the growing international insurtech.
Founded in 2007, AVA is an established Singapore-based insurance broking firm and insurance agency known for its strong reputation in delivering innovative and risk-centric solutions. With the rebrand, bolttech enhances its insurance exchange proposition with a full suite of insurance solutions, working with Singapore business partners and customers to make buying and selling insurance easier.

The rename and rebrand have no impact on AVA’s service or offerings to its partners and customers. All existing services and agreements will remain in place.
