Our Group CEO Rob Schimek was on stage at the inaugural Milken Institute Global Investors’ Symposium in Hong Kong on 26 March, sharing his thoughts on the far-reaching impact of AI on industries.

Speaking on the panel session "The Era of AI: Greater Expectations for Industries and Livelihoods", Rob highlighted use cases of how AI can be deployed to enrich different aspects across the insurance value chain and create new product innovations. He also shared his views on the ethical considerations around the continued growth of AI usage.
