bolttech makes LinkedIn Top Startups 2025 (Singapore)

Recognition grounded in data from the world’s largest professional network

bolttech has been named to LinkedIn Top Startups 2025 (Singapore) – an annual list highlighting emerging companies to work for, based on how quickly they’re growing and their ability to attract and engage talent on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn Top Startups is built on member actions at scale, not nominations. It recognises companies that are building momentum – hiring, engaging the community, and attracting experienced talent – while maintaining strong interest from jobseekers.

LinkedIn’s ranking is entirely data-driven and looks at member activity between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025 across four pillars:

Employment growth – percentage headcount increase over the methodology period.
Engagement – non-employee views/follows of the company page and views of employee profiles.
Job interest – the rate at which people view and apply to roles (paid and unpaid postings).
Attraction of top talent – the share of employees recruited from LinkedIn Top Companies relative to workforce size.
