dtac, one of Thailand’s largest mobile operators, is on a mission to move beyond connectivity services by launching its insurance platform dSurance for its 19.6m subscribers
As part of dtac's “fast forward digital” strategy, the telco wanted to develop an embedded insurance marketplace in 2022 that would offer relevant protection products at the point of need for their subscribers. By adding more value to their customer experience, dtac set out to make insurance more accessible and convenient, leveraging their trusted brand.
In 2022, we helped dtac launch their insurance marketplace platform with a fast and seamless customer experience. dtac was able to leverage our insurance exchange technology and insurance capabilities to launch the dSurance platform in the dtac app in under two months.
