The brief<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Taiwan Mobile is one of the country\u2019s largest telecommunications providers, serve more than 10 million customers, a 30% market share. Part of the Fubon Group, Taiwan Mobile is expanding into digital services, fintech, and EV infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To offer customers greater value and convenience, Taiwan Mobile set out to embed insurance into its key customer channels, their app and website. Taiwan Mobile\u2019s previous insurance broker lacked the required online licensing and related digital capabilities to deliver a compliant, digital-first experience. Taiwan Mobile turned to bolttech to deliver a seamless, scalable solution that could support its ambitions for embedded protection propositions offered contextually within its customer journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
