Erajaya is Indonesia\u2019s largest and most trusted distributor and retailer of mobile telecommunication devices and consumer electronics, with over 2,000 points of sale through leading brands such as Erafone, Samsung, iBox and operator stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To strengthen its customer proposition, Erajaya partnered with bolttech in 2012 to launch embedded device protection for mobile phones. As customer expectations evolved, the collaboration expanded into broader coverage, bundled services and digital tools designed to deliver a seamless and innovative customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, Erajaya and bolttech have expanded device protection into a comprehensive suite of services, from repair and upgrades to cyber protection and digital self-service, creating more value and convenience for customers across Indonesia.<\/p>\n
