Ho Chi Minh City, 5 October 2020 – GiNET Vietnam Joint Stock Company and GiNET Vietnam Insurance Broker Joint Stock Company (“GiNET”), an insurance broker and agency in Vietnam today announced that the company has been renamed to bolttech Vietnam Digital Solution Joint Stock Company (“bolttech Digital Solution”) and bolttech Insurance Broker Vietnam Joint Stock Company (“bolttech Insurance Broker”) with a full rebranding taking place in the coming months. The news follows GiNET becoming a part of international insurtech business, bolttech, earlier this year.
GiNET as part of bolttech’s innovative insurtech offering in Vietnam, connects insurance providers with individual and corporate customers to offer digital insurance products quickly and seamlessly.
GiNET’s founders, Ngo Thanh Nam and Ta Chien remain with the business, extending their extensive local experience and working together alongside bolttech’s rapidly growing team to invest and develop the business’ digital capabilities.

More information regarding the rebranding of GiNET to bolttech will be announced in the coming months. GiNET’s customers will not be impacted by the transfer of ownership and rebranding, and all services and agreements will continue uninterrupted.
